Shipping Policy
This policy applies to Flag Football IQ and the American Football IQ family of stores.
Free shipping on every order. Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach — the free rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During product launches and holiday peaks, processing can take slightly longer.

Tracking
Tracking is emailed as soon as your shipping label is created. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of shipping, email info@americanfootballiq.com and we'll look into it.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Email info@americanfootballiq.com with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund.
