Refund Policy

We back every deck with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If American Football IQ isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Because these are study tools, you do not need to return them unused — cards that have been shuffled, studied, carried in a bag or written on are still eligible, and the original packaging is not required.

What's covered

• Every flashcard volume and every multi-volume bundle
• Items bought on sale or with a discount code
• Orders placed on americanfootballiq.com

How to start a return

Email info@americanfootballiq.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please request a return before sending anything back — parcels sent without a return request can't be processed.

Refunds

When we receive your return we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. Shipping was free on your order, so nothing is deducted from the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email info@americanfootballiq.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement — no return needed.

Exceptions

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are handled under that retailer's returns process, not this policy.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery, on the terms above.
